Historical non-fic here too, especially WW1 and Antebellum America! I want to like sci-fi more,but they always end up losing me with their big words haha

my favorite eras to read about are turn of the 20th century up to about the Vietnam era.
currently reading The Proud Tower: A Portrait of the World before the War, 1890- 1914 by Barbara Tuchman. The Guns of August is a great read for anyone who wants to dive into the very early part of ww1.
recently read and really enjoyed The Bully Pulpit by Doris Kearns Goodwin, about the friendship and drama between Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft.
